PROGRAMS

  • FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC): Learn how to design, machine, build, program robots, and entrepreneurial skills needed for FRC competitions! This group serves grades 8th – 12th, with competition season kick-off on the first Saturday in January (unless that is the 1st). Training classes continue through summer and fall to learn more skills in all areas and improve last year's competition robot. If you know someone who is interested, they should start in the Fall to learn skills before the competition season begins.​​

  • FIRST Lego League Challenge (FLL): Learn how to create LEGO robots and compete in FLL competitions! This group serves students 5th - 8th grades. Teams are limited to 10 students. New teams start late summer to early fall.

  • Summer Lego Day Camps: Led by Monica Allen.

    • LEGO Robotics Camp​ (Grades 6-8)

      • Build LEGO mechanisms, program Spike Prime Lego Robots, and solve challenges ​

      • Limited to 8-12 students

    • LEGO Engineering Camp (Grades 3-5)​

      • Learn simple machines, motorized mechanisms, solve LEGO engineering challenges​

      • Limited to 8-16 students

    • Each student will receive a t-shirt!

  • Fiber Arts | Learn to knit or spin yarn from a veteran 4-H instructor, open to any age, first held in Fall of 2023. Request a class using contact us.
